1. Complete the return and exchange form. Place it in your securely sealed shipping box, with your order number clearly marked on the box and on the form.

3. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid lost packages.

4. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks from the time you send the return, for us to receive and process it.

5. If you've requested an exchange, we'll waive the standard shipping on your new order.

6. Goods will be shipped out 24 hours after receiving your order. It will take 5 - 7 business days to receive it within canada

Unfortunately, we can not return your purchase in a boa store by way of cash refund. A credit can be issued to you in store with the online receipt, and the unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise.
